F220 silicon carbide, a step finer than F80, bridges the gap between initial grinding and more precise polishing in rock tumbling. Its medium-grained profile effectively refines surfaces after the rough shaping stage, preparing them for a high-shine finish.

When using F220, ensure rocks are clean and free of grit residue from the initial tumbling stage. F220 is one of our most popular grits, along with F80 and F400, both of which make up our beginner grit pack, along with pumice polish powder.
